Rhandir-mwyn - is a village set in the beautiful Upper Tywi Valley of north east Carmarthenshire. It was once a very important industrial centre for mining lead ore. The Nantymwyn lead mine was the largest in southern Wales. Today Rhandir-mwyn is a rural village with farming and tourism being the main industries. Over the years many events have happened which have changed both the landscape and the people who reside here.
